North Coast, Egypt – 20 July 2026: Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Middle East & Africa has announced The Spirit of Marassi, an exclusive nine-day luxury residency set to take place from 14–22 August 2026 at the Palace Beach Resort, Marassi, on Egypt’s North Coast. The immersive beachfront experience marks the brand’s first dedicated summer residency in Egypt and will serve as the regional debut of the Spectre Series II.
Designed to bring the world of Rolls-Royce closer to its discerning clientele, The Spirit of Marassi transforms a private beachfront villa into a refined destination celebrating craftsmanship, Bespoke commissioning, hospitality and curated lifestyle experiences. The initiative reflects the marque’s commitment to delivering personalised luxury experiences that extend beyond the motor car.

At the heart of the residency is the Rolls-Royce Atelier, where guests will have the opportunity to engage in one-to-one Bespoke commissioning consultations with Rolls-Royce designers. Clients can explore an extensive selection of materials, colours, finishes and handcrafted details to begin creating a motor car tailored to their personal vision.
The residency will also unveil an exclusive Bespoke motor car concept inspired by the Spirit of Marassi and curated by Rolls-Royce Private Office Dubai. The unique design has been created by Michelle Lusby, Lead Designer for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Middle East & Africa, showcasing the marque’s exceptional craftsmanship and bespoke capabilities.
Complementing the automotive experience, visitors will be able to discover a carefully curated collection of Rolls-Royce lifestyle accessories, including the Infinity Stylus, Rolls-Royce Chess Set, and Rolls-Royce Luggage Collection, each reflecting the same attention to detail and timeless elegance found in every Rolls-Royce motor car.
Beyond the vehicles, The Spirit of Marassi has been designed as a complete lifestyle destination. Guests can begin their mornings with yoga and guided sound healing sessions overlooking the Mediterranean Sea before enjoying a selection of premium hospitality experiences throughout the day. A dedicated ice cream pop-up, artisanal smoothie bar and creperie will create a relaxed atmosphere for guests and their families.
The programme also includes exclusive social gatherings such as a Whisky & Cigar Connoisseur Evening, alongside a series of intimate events created to foster connections within the Rolls-Royce community. The residency will conclude with a private closing celebration marking the end of the exclusive experience.
