AutoPulse Strengthens Its Saudi Arabia Chapter to Connect Automotive Leaders and Drive Industry Collaboration

AutoPulse, a nonprofit automotive industry knowledge-sharing initiative founded by GaragePlug in 2023, is strengthening its presence in Saudi Arabia with a renewed focus on local leadership, collaboration and practical industry insights. The initiative brings automotive executives, business owners and technology professionals together to exchange experiences and explore the challenges shaping the future of automotive services.

As digitalisation, artificial intelligence and changing customer expectations reshape the automotive industry, AutoPulse aims to make practical knowledge more accessible and encourage professionals to learn from one another.

Its philosophy is simple: “Not filling a room. Building the right room.” Rather than measuring success by attendance, the community focuses on meaningful conversations, lasting relationships and insights that participants can apply to their businesses.

The Vision Behind AutoPulse

Founded by Shubhra Srivastava and Ashish Shrivastav, AutoPulse was created to address a recurring challenge in the automotive aftermarket and service sector: valuable operational knowledge often remains within individual companies, even when other businesses face similar challenges.

Shubhra Srivastava, Founder of the AutoPulse Leadership Community and Co-Founder and CEO of GaragePlug, has led the initiative’s vision and international expansion. Ashish Shrivastav, Co-Founder of AutoPulse and Co-Founder and COO of GaragePlug, has helped develop the community and build relationships with automotive professionals across markets.

GaragePlug’s founding team also includes Rohit Bhatnagar, Co-Founder and CTO, whose expertise contributes to the organisation’s technology and digital transformation focus.

Together, the leadership team established AutoPulse as a platform where automotive professionals can share lessons, discuss business challenges and explore opportunities for industry-wide progress beyond organisational and geographical boundaries.

Connecting Automotive Leaders Worldwide

AutoPulse has grown into an international community connecting automotive executives, aftermarket specialists, workshop operators, technology professionals and business leaders.

Its activities include executive gatherings, leadership discussions, podcasts, interviews and AutoPulse Magazine, which has published eight editions featuring industry perspectives from the Middle East, Africa, the United States and other international markets.

The publication explores topics including operational excellence, customer experience, digital transformation, profitability, leadership development, artificial intelligence and the future of automotive aftersales services.

By focusing on real business experiences alongside emerging trends, AutoPulse encourages discussions about the strategies producing results, the challenges businesses continue to face and the practical implications of new technologies.

The initiative’s approach combines global knowledge-sharing with local participation, allowing regional communities to contribute their own experiences to wider industry conversations.

Saudi Arabia Chapter Enters a New Phase

Saudi Arabia has been part of AutoPulse’s journey for several years, with local automotive executives participating in its gatherings and knowledge-sharing activities. The Kingdom’s evolving automotive sector, particularly its focus on digital transformation, service excellence and new mobility solutions, offers opportunities for greater industry collaboration.

The existing AutoPulse Saudi Arabia Chapter is now entering a new phase of locally driven engagement, with Dr. Abdulkader Adam appointed as President and Secretary of the AutoPulse KSA Chapter.

Dr. Adam brings experience in automotive business transformation, operational management, organisational development and digital systems implementation. During his previous leadership journey with MOTOCARE in Saudi Arabia, he contributed to operational restructuring, enterprise digital transformation, performance management and business process development.

An active member of the AutoPulse community, he has also contributed to industry discussions and appeared alongside Khalid Bugshan in the eighth edition of AutoPulse Magazine.

His appointment is intended to strengthen local leadership and encourage Saudi-based automotive professionals to take a more active role in shaping the chapter’s activities and direction. Rather than establishing the community in the Kingdom for the first time, the development builds on its existing foundations.

Jeddah Gathering Examines AI in Automotive

A recent AutoPulse leadership gathering in Jeddah brought together senior automotive professionals, general managers, functional leaders and executives to discuss a key industry question: “Where has AI in automotive actually reached in 2026?”

The discussion focused on artificial intelligence beyond predictions and promises, examining its practical applications, current limitations, business implications and the challenges organisations encounter when adopting new technologies.

Participants were encouraged to exchange perspectives openly and share experiences that may not always feature in formal presentations or public industry reports.

The gathering also reflected the growing role of knowledge-sharing among automotive leaders in Saudi Arabia, creating opportunities to learn from practical experience and contribute to the sector’s wider development.

Building a Locally Led, Globally Connected Community

With Dr. Abdulkader Adam leading the Saudi chapter, AutoPulse aims to strengthen relationships among automotive professionals, encourage collaborative learning and bring local industry expertise into international discussions.

For business owners and executives, the community offers an opportunity to connect with peers who understand similar operational challenges and can share lessons from comparable business decisions.

As the automotive sector continues to evolve, AutoPulse’s approach centres on the belief that technology alone will not determine the industry’s future. Collaboration, trust and the willingness to share knowledge will also play an important role.

The Saudi chapter’s next phase builds on that principle, bringing automotive professionals together to exchange ideas and support the development of the industry.
