Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026 Opens With 1,500 Exhibitors

The Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026 has opened at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh, bringing together around 1,500 exhibitors and brands.

Organised by the National Center for Falcons, the exhibition brings falconry, hunting, adventure, travel and cultural experiences together under the theme “A Destination for Everyone.”

A Growing Exhibition

The event builds on the growing presence it has established since launching in 2018. Last year, the exhibition attracted more than 700,000 visitors, with over 1,400 exhibitors and brands from 47 countries. Sales exceeded SAR 91 million, highlighting its growing reach and economic impact.

Falconry and the heritage surrounding it remain at the heart of the event, while the exhibition has expanded to offer visitors a broader mix of educational, recreational and hands-on experiences.

Falconry, Adventure and Outdoor Experiences

Visitors can explore a wide range of areas and activities, including Future Falconer, the Shalail Museum, the World of Taxidermy, 4WD experiences, shooting, falcon calling, fishing, hiking, safari, camel and equestrian experiences.

The programme also features the falcon auction, Al-Miqnas experience, traditional performances and workshops, allowing visitors to discover different aspects of Saudi heritage while taking part in related activities.

Al-Malwah Race

Competition is another major part of the exhibition programme through the Al-Malwah Race, which runs from October 4 to 9.

The race has expanded this year to 12 rounds, with six rounds for owners and amateurs and six for elite and professional participants. The total prize pool is SAR 723,000, distributed among the top five finishers in each round.

The competition gives visitors the chance to watch falcons and falconers demonstrate their speed and skills.

Hunting and Shooting

The exhibition also features a dedicated area for hunting and shooting, bringing together companies and organisations working in hunting firearms, shooting equipment, air guns and related products.

The section includes accessories, safety and storage equipment, maintenance services and training-related products, adding to the range of experiences available to enthusiasts.

Discovering Saudi Heritage

The cultural programme extends to At-Turaif, which is being featured as part of the exhibition’s annual initiative to highlight one of Saudi Arabia’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The initiative introduces visitors to the Kingdom’s historical and cultural landmarks while connecting the heritage of falconry and hunting with Saudi Arabia’s wider cultural diversity.

Knowledge and Workshops

A programme of workshops and specialist sessions accompanies the exhibition, covering topics related to falconry, heritage, taxidermy, travel, adventure, vehicle preparation, safety and rescue.

The sessions give visitors an opportunity to learn from practitioners and specialists while adding an educational dimension to the exhibition.

Following the Exhibition From the Ground

The “Qarnas” programme is also documenting the exhibition from inside the event, meeting falconers, exhibitors, specialists and guests.

Through field reports, the programme covers the activities, experiences and stories connected to falconry, hunting and Saudi heritage, giving audiences a closer look at the exhibition.

Shuttle Services for Visitors

The visitor experience is supported by shuttle services connecting several locations across Riyadh with the exhibition venue.

The service is designed to make reaching the exhibition easier and support smoother movement between the city and the event.

With its combination of heritage, culture, knowledge, competition and adventure, the Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026 brings together traditional falconry and modern outdoor experiences in one destination, offering visitors different ways to learn about, experience and engage with Saudi Arabia’s falconry heritage.
